We are sad to learn that Neil Armstrong has died, aged 82.

Neil was a true pioneer of the space age. The bravery of the men who took part in the Apollo missions is clear to anyone who has looked at the small craft in which they travelled, or read the specifications of the on-board computer. That they were able to travel to the moon at all is remarkable.

Neil Armstrong, we salute you. Rest in peace.
